How long will my order take to be made and delivered?

We aim to ship within 3 working days. Please let us know if there is a special date the order needs to be delivered by.  Feel free to message us to check on our latest availability. Please note, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.  We offer an upgrade to Royal Mail 24 and are able to arrange a courier should you need quicker.  International orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked.

Need in a hurry?

 Please send us a message to check on our availability and despatch times, we will do our very best to work to your gifting day.

I really like your products, but I would like a change to the design.

Great, we like new ideas. Please let us know what you would like, and we will try and accommodate your request. 

I like your choice of symbols, but I would like a symbol you do not offer.

OK, Great!. Please send us details, and we will let you know if we can engrave the symbol you want, at the same cost as our standard symbols.

 What packaging do you use?

We are very proud of our eco-friendly, bio-degradable packaging.  We  want to ensure we have minimal impact on our eco system.

Where does your wood originate?

We source our wood from sustainable forests in the UK & Europe. We take great care in selecting the wood to create our products from.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, please contact us if you encounter problems going through checkout.

Please note, all custom duties or taxes if applicable are the responsibility of the customer.

I have realised I have made a mistake with the order

Please contact us immediately, so we can make any corrections required. There may be an additional charge to make any corrections, depending on how complete the product is.

My item is slightly different than images on your website?

Wood is a natural product, so the colour and grain will differ for every product. This adds to the uniqueness of the product you receive, and there may be minor variations from the images of the Products shown on the website.

What do I do if my order is damaged in transit?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to enable us to make a claim with the carrier.

After you have contacted us, all items should be returned within 7 days of receipt, via a tracked service.
