How long will my order take to be made and delivered?
We aim to ship within 10 working days. Please let us know if there is a special date the order needs to be delivered, and we will advise if it is possible. We currently provide shipping via Royal Mail, with 1stclass being next working day including Saturdays, and 2ndclass being 2-3 working days.

I really like your products, but I would like a change to the design.
Great, we like new ideas. Please let us know what you would like, and we will try and accommodate your request.
I like your choice of symbols, but I would like a symbol you do not offer.
OK, Great!. Please send us details, and we will let you know if we can engrave the symbol you want, at the same cost as our standard symbols.
I would like the engraving to be painted a colour that is not in your options.
OK, please let us know the colour you would like, and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
What packaging do you use, both standard, and gift wrapped.
First of all we try and use eco-friendly, bio-degradable packaging, wherever possible, as we want to ensure we have minimal impact on our eco system.

Where does your wood originate?
We source our wood from sustainable forests in the UK & Europe. We take great care in selecting the wood to create our products from.

Yes, please contact us so we can arrange a quotation for shipment of the item(s) you require.
I have realised I have made a mistake with the order
Please contact us immediately, so we can make any corrections required. There may be an additional charge to make any corrections, depending on how complete the product is.
My item is slightly different than images on your website?
Wood is a natural product, so the colour and grain will differ for every product. This adds to the uniqueness of the product you receive, and there may be minor variations from the images of the Products shown on the website.
What do I do if my order is damaged in transit?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to enable us to make a claim with the courier.
After you have contacted us, all items should be returned within 7 days of receipt, via recorded signed for delivery.
